He had the screw removed that had become embedded in our right front tire after a long trip on I-290 (causing a Low Tire Pressure alert) and had the tire patched. He also arranged for an unscheduled oil change with complete vehicle inspection as well. The car was ready for pickup in a little over an hour! More

For example they said I am low on my windshield wipers and a bulb for my license plate light was out. They didn't pressure me to make an appointment. They recommended I take care of that whenever I can. I was in and out faster than I thought which I appreciated. I love their waiting area as well.
