I had a difficult issue with my vehicle and the parts were on backorder for a long time which is no fault of the dealers. Although it took a while to get the parts the dealer kept me informed as there we were on backorder for a long time which is no fault of the dealers. My receipt on credit card shown at 13:51 hrs Case and point:if you have too much work load ,ask somebody for help. More
Chris was very helpful explaining what repairs were needed after I failed emmisions test the day before. My GMC Terrain was fixed in a timely manner and I passed the next day easily.
