Thank you mr sergio saucedo i was desperate to get a car due to i just been into an accident and i need a car to get me to work, i work 2 jobs. Called arlington motors in woodbridge va and talked to mr sergio saucedo, the only problem with my situation is that i just filed for bankruptcy so thereis no chance of getting myself a car loan, mr sergio took time and effort to get me a loan, whats surprising is, i ended up getting a car 3 thou dollars less from the original amount and a car payment that i never had even when i used to have good credit. Despite a 14 month old who did not want to be at a car dealership, miguel was patient, while giving us good service and attention.  He made us feel comfortable about the purchase without pressure to make the sale. The paperwork was not overwhealming and the process was quick. Even though we did not have all our information with us at the time, he continued to be accomodating and patient allowing us to gather what we needed from home. He had the patience to deal with us and was always more than willing to go out of his "comfort zone" to make sure we were pleased with all of our requests (as he was able to).   I was not looking for just a car, but also a company in which I can trust and develop a relationship to care for my new car purchases for years to come. Miguel Hernandez  did an outstanding job, absolutely no non-sense sales pitch and/or pressure, but rather provided his personal advice on each car and making sure we were pleased with the vehicle of our choice. Simply the way car sales should be! I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord. And I loveeeeeeee it.  The sales team was very professional.
