I bought my car in March of last year. Literally a month after I bought the car I had to bring it in for $4000 worth of work. Last month I brought it in due to the fact that the car had a leak and built up sludge from the cold weather my car was there for a Month. I had to pay $447 out of pocket and the warranty paid another $3600 for all the repairs. The next day after I took it home my car would not start and it was making a load noise as I was driving. They did give me a rental bc I was so stressed out about no having a car once again. The following day Mike who I beleive in the manager called me. Stating the problem was a "chevy problem" due it being an electrical issue. When I said my car never had these problems before and expressed my frustration his response was "You drove it of the lot didn't you?" and then said " It's not our problem it is a chevy problem, bring back the rental immediately and bring it to Chevy" and then hung up on me. He called me about 10mins later and said he was going to have someone come out and look at the car the following day and to keep the rental. But never apologized for how he spoke to me. I then received a call asking if I had remote start...I don't. They told me that they found a remote start and took it out to see if that was the problem. They did not take out a remote start they took out the LoJack which cost extra on my loan. Mike called and said that it had something to do with the computer and that if it acts up again I'd have to take it in to Chevy. Literally minutes after driving off the lot all sorts of lights are going off about my brakes and all wheel drive. My car also was once again not starting and when it did start it was after attempting to start it several times. I took it in to Chevy and gave them the receipts. After reading through them and looking at the car, they found that almost nothing was repaid. There was parts that weren't reconnected. The car wasn't starting bc a wire was hanging and was never reconnected. After they looked at the car it was another $3600 of repairs. When chevy contacted the warranty they said that they had already spent over $8000 in repairs for the car and that if I wanted it repaired I had to pay $519.77 out of the $3600 and that my warranty would end early due to them giving up so much money for repairs. This has been an incredibly stress few month between not having a car and spending money I don't have and on top of that my car also doesn't have a feature that cost extra on the car. This was absolutely not a good experience. More

Eli helped my wife and son buy a car. At first we were grateful for his non-pressure approach, but then the deal became rushed. Turns out after we signed the deal, it was disclosed to us At first we were grateful for his non-pressure approach, but then the deal became rushed. Turns out after we signed the deal, it was disclosed to us there was only one key fob and “there was nothing they could do”. We had to take it to a Jeep dealership to have one made for a ridiculous price. It was also hard to find one that had fob in stock and it was far away! THAT dealer very generously offered info that there was something wrong with the front sway bar and to have it checked out. We brought it to our trusted mechanic who said the front sway bar was broken, needed an alignment AND the front brakes were shot. Both dealership and mechanic said Eli/Arlington Nissan should have caught these issues easily and either disclosed to us for discount or fixed before purchase. These were not hard things to discover. After having the car for only 48 hours, between these fixes and key fob, we were now at $1500!! Not to mention the time off work it took to do all of this. Within 2 days of buying a car!!!! Contacted Eli who talked to his manager…gave them all our receipts and asked them to help us out. Response was “you didn’t bring it to us to fix so we can’t help you.” Tried to explain we now had trust issues with them (why not have fixed it to begin with?!?), they basically didn’t care one bit. They were just happy they got our money and tricked us into buying a broken car. VERY disappointed in Arlington Nissan. We have always had good experiences with Rohrman Group dealerships, but this deal was shady and we will hesitate to go to them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
