Hard to get service. Always a long line even to enter in. In a last 2 weeks I was trying to get oil change by stopping in almost every day between 4 and 4:30 PM. No luck. Finally I got in on Saturday at 7:45 In a last 2 weeks I was trying to get oil change by stopping in almost every day between 4 and 4:30 PM. No luck. Finally I got in on Saturday at 7:45 am. I was the 6th one in the line. I left a service shop close to 10 am. Almost 2 hours?! The worst experience ever!!!! Don't have enough technicians - hire more. More

Five stars for Vince and Steve 1/4/19 FIVE STARS Vince Sereyka gave me a friendly and respectful greeting. He then listened to my concerns and called for a technician. The three 1/4/19 FIVE STARS Vince Sereyka gave me a friendly and respectful greeting. He then listened to my concerns and called for a technician. The three of us proceeded to go for a ride in my vehicle after which a service order was written up. A rental car was made available for me at no charge. When I was called and told my car was ready I went in and talked with the technician, Steve Brongiel who was very polite and direct, and told me the work he had accomplished.
