I wish I could give a more positive review. Unfortunately the sales person never gave us a dealer plate to really test drive the vehicle. Due to this we found that the vehicle we purchased had a seized caliper. We brought the jeep back the Monday after purchasing to have caliper and rotor replaced. A job that takes an hour took 3 days. Dealership did not offer a loaner vehicle. We also noted that the drive lock switch was broken and constantly falling out paperwork states the part was ordered. We never heard back. More

Slow service, lack of attention to customers, unorganized. Very bad first impression overall. With an appointment, waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. Then a simple inspection (no issues took 90 minutes - with that scheduled appointment). Then I had to inquire if my vehicle was finished (I waited there). The service rep couldn't find any record of my car because the person who checked it in left for the day. Another 10 minutes and then finally was able to depart. I will likely not be going back for service there again of any type. More
I specifically went to Armory to purchase a vehicle as I think the customer service is excellent. I had been bringing my Jeep to the service department for years, even though I purchased it elsewhere. Even think the customer service is excellent. Everytime I’ve had an issue with my leased vehicle there is zero customer service . Zero communication . Can never speak to someone or get a call back or any information . Routinely stranded with no vehicle is zero customer service . Zero communication . Can never speak to someone or get a call back or any information .
