I wish I could give a more positive review. Unfortunately the sales person never gave us a dealer plate to really test drive the vehicle. Dealership did not offer a loaner vehicle. We also noted that the drive lock switch was broken and constantly falling out paperwork states the part was ordered. We never heard back. More

Slow service, lack of attention to customers, unorganized. Very bad first impression overall. With an appointment, waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. The service rep couldn't find any record of my car because the person who checked it in left for the day. Another 10 minutes and then finally was able to depart.
