Lack of communication .. Time off from work to get there as a suggested before three so they could look at it and only sat there for 45 minutes and it was too late for the .. Had to also ask them to point the hydraulic fluid off the tire . I will be looking for another dealer service my car More

good, everyone was helpful and friendly. I was there for my car to get the NYS Inspection for the year. I left the car there a got a ride with John who is such a nice guy and friendly we alw I was there for my car to get the NYS Inspection for the year. I left the car there a got a ride with John who is such a nice guy and friendly we always chat it up going around the corner to my job. I did not receive a call back to pickup my care till 3:15 pm which I thought was quite some time to have my car just for an NYS inspection. Knowing I received a ride to work I most likely would need a ride to Armory to pickup my car. When I called back after hearing a voice mail on my phone that my car was ready, I called back to find there were no drivers there to pickup me up to get my car. Lucky for me one girl was left here at work who was kind enough to bring me around the corner to get my car. Maybe there should be at least one driver for transportation be there till closing just in case, like my ordeal. More
