.Matt Dyer was Insane with how he presented himself as a sales manager representing the dealership at Albany Automotive. He expressed to me seven months ago that when my lease on a Dodge 2011 ram was coming sales manager representing the dealership at Albany Automotive. As the days were coming close to two payments on my lease he suggested that we should start building my truck from scratch. He asked me what I wanted in the truck and we sat down and built it together. When the truck got into Selkirk it got stuck in the train cargo due to weather. I was satisfied that it was in the area. He called me when the truck arrived and we made plans for me to come in to see my baby. I arrived at the dealership and the first thing that I saw when I pulled in was the truck that Matt and I put together. Nothing but happiness came from my body language. I was amazed with my 2014 Dodge 1500 Truck with my family favorite Hemi. Once again Matt was insane with both his friendly ways and stepping up for Armory and pleasing a long term customer with Dodge products. Then there was John Carroll who took the financial part in the deal. He was amazingly Huggggg and finalized the deal. He picked and tweeerqued and hit the keyboard and played with the numbers until his fingers had no feelings. Well, the deal came together and I walked out of that dealership feeling like a million bucks. They both put their mind together and the results came out with a very satisfied customer as well as a happy family at home. I visited Armory Fiat early in December and decided to buy a FIAT 500 Pop. I liked that Dave Kaplan offered a price that I could work with right from the start.
