I drive a 2021 VW Tiguan SE 4Motion with less than 25k miles on it. My windshield wiper fluid started malfunctioning and was spraying into the interior cabin of the vehicle. I scheduled service and dropped my car off at Armstrong VW on 8/26/23. I was given frequent dishonest updates throughout the timeline of repairs. I wasn’t going to leave a review because Dennis the service manager had my car detailed for the troubles. ALTHOUGH, my car was returned back to me with paint damage on my passenger side door, which really is the cherry on top of this whole experience for me. Went in for windshield wiper system, left with missing paint. Now I have to go back to Armstrong for additional repair for the damage they left on my door. I am hesitant to even to leave it with them again because now I don’t trust them to take proper care of my car. Absolutely would not recommend working with service advisor Phil or technician Brian Sanders. Phil was dishonest about what was going on with my car while it was under their care, and Brian returned it to me with paint damage. I am expecting Armstrong VW to make this right outside of court, otherwise I have no issue having the paint damage repaired somewhere else, and taking legal action for cost of repairs, loss of use, and any rental cost associated with doing so. I have an appointment for the damage to be looked at on Monday 9/18 at 4pm with Chris, I will update my review then. More

I've owned the vehicle for 2 months now, 2011 335i with 64,000 miles, two previous owners and what a great decision it was to buy from Armstrong Volkswagen. Overall great experience purchasing my 2023 ID. 4 from Armstrong Volkswagen. Silvana and Gordon worked with me on the sale from test drive to purchase. I originally started with a test drive to ma 4 from Armstrong Volkswagen. Silvana and Gordon worked with me on the sale from test drive to purchase. I originally started with a test drive to make sure the ID.4 was going to be my vehicle of choice. Silvana spent time walking me through the features and allowed for plenty of time to test drive and ask question - greatly appreciated. I placed a pre-order through Volkswagen, but after multiple delays and feature removals on the trim I had chosen, I cancelled my order and went into Armstrong to do a purchase from available inventory. Gordon helped walk me through the lot to look at which ID.4's in my next preferred trim were available. I was provided another test drive with plenty of time to feel confident in the comfort and driving experience. Gordon also walked me through features new on the 2023 and answer some of my question. Gordon assisted in starting the sales process to collect information and work through my financial preferences. From my first visit to test drive through the financing close, I was advised the Stargard GPS tracking would be installed, even on my pre-ordered ID.4, and it is installed on all vehicles on their lot that they sell. I'm not a fan of these devices and absolutely did not want it, but was advised by multiple people, multiple times it was not an option to not install. I really liked the vehicle and the dealer, so I reluctantly moved forward with the purchase and $895 charge for the Stargard. I figured this was a reasonable compromise as Armstrong Volkswagen was not asking for anything over MSRP on the ID.4 itself. I did have to go back to Armstrong about a month after the sale with some questions and Gordon again was extremely helpful answering my questions when I dropped in without an appointment. James, the ID.4 expert, was also great about answering some of my more specific questions about the ID.4 before and after the purchase. Both Silvana and Gordon were the driving force for my actual purchase. The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. Everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant and friendly. I made a few accessory purchases from the parts department - same friendly experience. I would highly recommend Armstrong Volkswagen and their team for those considering a Volkswagen vehicle. More
