The intake person would not allow me to use a discount coupon from Arnie Bauer because I did not physically have it. NEVERMIND I had been allowed to before. I had to notify the service manager because they did not. The service manager achieved more once he became involved, but still. I would have given 0 stars but the survey made me give at least 1.
