CUE system repair I was having trouble with my CUE system for quite sometime now and I couldn't believe his much they cost. I reached out to Cadillac and they said sir I was having trouble with my CUE system for quite sometime now and I couldn't believe his much they cost. I reached out to Cadillac and they said sir we see your car had a recall a long time ago and this part is usually around $1300 but since you've been so loyal to us we want to give you a thank you gift. Cadillac said as a courtesy we want to take care of this for you and all you'd have to do is cover labor which was $250. That touched my heart and I said of course I would and thank you. This dealership has always gone above and beyond to help me with awesome customer service and friendliness I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

4 years to fix a problem I have had my lacrosse for 4years maybe 5 now. It randomly goes dead and won’t start back up. I have had the car towed in 3 times at least for this I have had my lacrosse for 4years maybe 5 now. It randomly goes dead and won’t start back up. I have had the car towed in 3 times at least for this issue they get the car and always say it’s nothing wrong something I’m doing or you need a new battery. I have had the battery replaced 4 times since I have it they would make me pay the fee associated with the battery and just say it’s a bed cells in it ok. I paid for a gmac extended warranty the platinum one so me bringing it paying wasn’t never really a concern because everything is covered. So on Tuesday like clock work it dies again I bring it and I describe the symptoms as usual saying I’m back in here for the same thing again. I believe no one took me seriously until it finally happened at the dealership the car started for them to pull it in but once they got it in the stall and try to start it up it was dead as a I been saying all these years so now they wanna diagnose the problem for real I had dead spots in the starter and the positive cables from the battery were no good. Naw mike is the gentleman that helped me he did a good job so no knock on mike but as far as the mechanic service and overall depth in which my issue had been looked into I feel like it wasn’t taken seriously and I was just giving a quick fix to get out the door. None of the issues I had complained about were wrote up correctly. Also doesn’t my car warranty come with plan that I get a loaner or rental if you guys keep it . I’m always told there aren’t any available but I see a fleet of them lined up next to the shop More
