Was this a "WASTE OF MY TIME & $$" To begin with I bought this vehicle & extended Ally Warranty from Bauer Cadillac last October 23, 2018. I made & confirmed my appt. for 03/22/2019, o To begin with I bought this vehicle & extended Ally Warranty from Bauer Cadillac last October 23, 2018. I made & confirmed my appt. for 03/22/2019, on 03/20/2019 (confirmation code: X10SN3TR88). This appt. also included the request for a loaner car complimentary per my Ally Warranty which I paid and am still paying for. There was no car available when I arrived, I was informed by Mr. Mark Diehl. I should have been notified of this before I came in and wasted half of my day waiting. My reason for my visit to Bauer Cadillac was a continuation of an oil leak in area of engine compartment, which they worked on 01/28/2019. The leak continues to leak? I showed this to Mark D. on the floor of the service entrance when I came in. They cleaned up "residual" oil and we are waiting to see what transpires? I can report at this time that it is still LEAKING. I would like someone to take ownership of my problem since I paid nearly $6000.00 for an extended warranty on this car? I am NOT faulting Mark or any mechanic on this issue since I have owned (3) of these DTS's and I realize they can be difficult to work on. More

Awful service department Bought a brand new Enclave and was treated like an inconvenience when I scheduled an appt to have paint fixed. Also was told car needed an oil change with 2000k miles on it. For the amount of $$ spent on a new car, the service department should treat customers with more respect. Will not be going back to this location. More

Cadilac service It took over a week to fix the issue but they continued to work to resolve it. I had several item done. The main issue was a air noise in the driver's It took over a week to fix the issue but they continued to work to resolve it. I had several item done. Bad service on tire rotation I always took my 2016 Buick encore to Arnie Bauer Buick for oil change and tire rotation. The last year of my lease the chrome covers on several lug I always took my 2016 Buick encore to Arnie Bauer Buick for oil change and tire rotation. The last year of my lease the chrome covers on several lug nuts started to become loose and fall off after the tire rotation. I returned and informed the service dept. of this and they were replaced 4X . I now have a 2019 Encore I which took in for the same service on 3/14/2019 and they broke off several lugs while remounting the wheels. I had to get a loaner car as the parts dept. didn't have enough lugs to replace the broken ones. My encore was returned to me repaired on 3/15/2019 More

Problem not fixed Brought my vehicle in for a service airbag message. They determined after an hour that the passenger side airbag was faulty but didn't have the part, Brought my vehicle in for a service airbag message. They determined after an hour that the passenger side airbag was faulty but didn't have the part, Sent me home and said they'd call when the part was in. Five days later they said the part was in. I brought the car in Friday Match 15th and waited two hours while the problem was corrected. Saturday morning the service airbag light came on again. Brought the car back today and got a loner. I sure hope they fix the problem this time, More
