Usually excellent service I brought my XT5 in because the windshield washer fluid receptors were not working, they said they were frozen and “fixed” the problem, the rear recep I brought my XT5 in because the windshield washer fluid receptors were not working, they said they were frozen and “fixed” the problem, the rear receptor is still not working. I now have to go back a second time. Personally, I think they forgot to refill the reservoir. More

Diagnosis Disaster I visited the service department due to a check engine light. I was informed that the diagnostic fee of $139 would be subtracted from my total if I ha I visited the service department due to a check engine light. I was informed that the diagnostic fee of $139 would be subtracted from my total if I had the work performed. The work was performed which entailed installing new spark plugs. The service department also diagnosed an issue I was having with my heated seats. Long story short is the $139 was not subtracted from my total ($590) but rather it would be subtracted from any additional work I have performed. Sounds like bait and switch to me. More
