I paid over $2000 worth of charges for repairs. After having my car for several days, I picked it up only for it to abruptly stop on me no less than 10 minutes after pulling away from the service center. having my car for several days, I picked it up only for it to abruptly stop on me no less than 10 minutes after pulling away from the service center. I was almost involved in a multi car accident on Western Avenue because of this. After I was told to have my truck towed back to the service center by an Arnie Bauer Representative, I was furious and told them I should not be responsible for arranging a tow to return my truck back to the service center since they never repaired it completely. After an additional three days in the service center, the service representative told me that the tech did not tighten one of the caliper bolts on my front right tire. This is unacceptable and almost put myself and others at risk of an accident. In addition, I asked for coolant to be placed in my cooling system due to no cold air. This was done and I had cool air for three weeks. Now I have no cooling air anymore. $2000 worth of service repairs does not make sense to me. As a healthcare professional, if I provided this type of service to my patients, this would be called malpractice. I will not return to this service center again. More
