Arnie Bauer Buick GMC Cadillac responded

For all of our customers, we do try and wash the vehicle. Depending on the temperature and drying it, it does allow for water spots. We will definitely work with our porters to make sure that does not happen and we dry it fast enough. Also, we do provide measurements, so I apologize for the discrepancy there. Overall, it does not sound like we put our best foot forward this day and this is not how we do business, we will have someone contact you to go over the measurements and talk about your experience. Thank you for your feedback, without it we cannot get better.
