Went with no appointment for an oil change and told me it was a 2 to 3 hour wait, to make an appt. better for the next day which makes sense of course. Came in the next day WITH appt. and still took 2hrs 45m was a 2 to 3 hour wait, to make an appt. better for the next day which makes sense of course. Came in the next day WITH appt. and still took 2hrs 45mins!! Could have done it the 1st time I took it and not drive twice from Indiana the next day for the same thing.. More
