Took the door apart and when they found out I wouldn’t pay that much for the job, they didn’t even put the window back in place (which another mechanic was able to do without difficulty BEFORE fixing it) but left me with an open window which I had to cover with a bag. $160 later (assessment fee) they called me right before they closed to arrange for the pick up. They’ll take care of you if you let them rip you off. Not so much if you don’t. Save your time and your money. Avoid this place. More
You did the servicing and fixing and then a week and a half later I get a note from you saying I need to do brakes and air conditioning filter?? Why didn’t you do it at the same time? half later I get a note from you saying I need to do brakes and air conditioning filter?? Why didn’t you do it at the same time? More

They have been performing all the required and major services for my Fiat 500L such as 100K miles, transmission replacement, wheel hub replacement and front suspension struts replacements. My point o services for my Fiat 500L such as 100K miles, transmission replacement, wheel hub replacement and front suspension struts replacements. My point of contact has been Mr. Claudio Perez and I am very happy with him. The place is pricy but the work that they perform is good work so in my opinion ,specially in the West Palm Beach area good certified Fiat 500Ls mechanics are hard to find, is worth it. The only complaint that I have is during my last visit I needed to replace the front wheel hub so I brought with me the new part which later on I learned that it was for the rear wheel, Meanwhile the mechanic took the front wheel hub a part and when he tried to install the new part he realized that the wheel hub that I brought with me was for the rear wheel. so they charged me the full labor amount of disassembling and reassembling of the wheel hub, $700+, and I made another appointment after I received the part for the front wheel hub. Now the issue I have with this is that the mechanic never bothered to check the part that I handed to him before starting his disassembling the front wheel hub. Is he not responsible to make sure the part that is given to him is the right part? Apparently not and they fault me for it. All the mechanic had to do that day was to open the box and check the part to make sure it was the right part. Don't we all do this before taking the next step? So I am bit dumb founded that they did not even bother split the cost. I mentioned that to Mr. Perez and suggested him to first make sure the part that the customer is given them is the right part before starting the work, is that not the normal in any line of business, don't they have to check the part given to them even from their own part department before starting the work? After all they are charging high hourly price for their mechanics. Why customers are held financially responsible for the mechanic's mistake? As I wrote all he had to do was to open the box before starting any work and check out the new part. I am not saying that this is a bad place, just some of their business practices has room for improvement. I hope you find this useful. More
