My service advisor, Kendall kept me informed with progress being made to complete the required recall as well as another concern I had ab excellent. Paid over $1000 and didn’t fix car - RF module was bad - replaced (and charged $175 for a $60 Chrysler part) when I picked the car up the key gobs didn’t work - they told me to replace batteries (which I ha replaced (and charged $175 for a $60 Chrysler part) when I picked the car up the key gobs didn’t work - they told me to replace batteries (which I had JUST done. I replaced batteries and not only did not work but car wouldn’t start. I had to fly out of town. Car was still dead when I returned - had to have it towed back to your shop at MY expense. You have had it 1 full week and I can’t get any information on it, nor will the service coordinator call me back. Very disappointed. More
