To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase at your dealership. I drove past several Maserati dealerships in Miami to visit your Arrigo W extreme dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase at your dealership. I drove past several Maserati dealerships in Miami to visit your Arrigo West Palm Beach location, and I now feel it was the worst decision I have made in my 51 years. My experience with the sales representative, Max, was highly unprofessional. He was unknowledgeable regarding the Maserati Grecale, and I felt brushed off every time I asked a question. Furthermore, I have never seen a luxury vehicle delivered in such poor condition. The car was not detailed, nor did it appear to have been inspected or reconditioned to the standards one expects when spending $40,000. Immediately after leaving the lot, I contacted Josh to explain my concerns. The "service tire pressure monitoring system" light is on, and one of the keys provided does not work. It is unacceptable that I now have an appointment this Wednesday to take a car I just purchased from your dealership to a different Maserati dealer for service. I regret this purchase and the lack of support I received once the paperwork was signed. I will not be purchasing from your dealership again, nor will I refer anyone to your location. I have attached several photos for your review so you can see the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. No owners manual No Wearable Key No First Aid Kit No Of the items that originally came with the car. My 2023 Alfa I Traded in to your dealership had everything and looked new! More
