Great customer services from Claudio. Claudio’s professionalism, ability to explain very technical terms to non-technical person like myself won me over. Coupled w/the fact that he unders Claudio’s professionalism, ability to explain very technical terms to non-technical person like myself won me over. Coupled w/the fact that he understood my allergy sensitivities and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The highest marks goes to Claudio. Lastly, I enjoyed that my car returned to me w/o the smell of being at a car dealership! Again, truly grateful as I have chronic respiratory related allergies! Will be back for sure!
