Brought the car in for oil change, tire rotation and the recommended wheel alignment to see that on the drive home the car veers to the right. Finally, car was inspected on 07/22 and returned on 07/25. Mirror switch was not fixed stating my battery was bad and can't be sure what was the issue with!. Charged $550 to replace Trunk Struts. wanted to charge me $470 for the battery. the day I picked up the car I asked him if my car was starting or not and he said "I don't know", means I don't care. {car was not starting}. So terribly bad to be treated like that since my first 2 experience with Gayle & Chris was great. More

Very disappointed in my last service. I was quoted ~$3k for a repair (coolant o ring replacement) and was told that it was mostly labor (5 hours); however, it would take them less than I was quoted ~$3k for a repair (coolant o ring replacement) and was told that it was mostly labor (5 hours); however, it would take them less than 2 hours to do the job. When I questioned it, I was told that the job was rated for 5 hours and that was how they came up with the quote. How is that justified? As someone that purchased multiple vehicles from that dealership, very disappointing BTW, same job at a different dealer was $1,100! More
