He makes me feel at ease when I call or visit and he always lets me know if something is covered or what to expect in costs for any work to be completed. He makes sure to come out when I am waiting for my car to let me know how things are going. He goes above and beyond for everything and it is very much appreciated. Me and my family have owned a lot of cars from different dealerships in South Florida from many different makes/models ranging from the middle to luxury and all the way to exotic cars and I have never felt more taken care of or more comfortable anywhere else like I do when I am at Alfa Romeo (West Palm Beach). This is mostly because of Claudio and his professionalism and great customer service! I find at most dealerships they promise the world before you buy a car and then after you buy a car it tends to go south quickly. That is not the case at this dealership. I look forward to continuing and working with Claudio for all our service needs at this location.
