In no time Elison already had the vehicle I was expecting to negotiate ready for a test-drive. Elison, an experienced and hardworking salesperson, was knowledgeable about the Dodge Durango models’ lineup; I am pretty sure about all other vehicles they feature there. I had a challenging business scenario to resolve; yet, they could find a reasonable deal for me w/o having to come back and forth to this dealership. I noticed that this dealership has a vast inventory – and – many of the vehicles are kept under the roof! That was impressive, not to mention the variety of trims and color options. The process to close on the sale once I decided which vehicle I wanted was too lengthy. I was told that someone would give the me the VIN number in order to secure my insurance coverage while I waited on the financial department. This did not happen until after all the paperwork was completed and I was meeting with the delivery specialist. The staff overall was fairly pleasant. I did not receive a great first impression with our salesperson. At times I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. John Riley in the Finance Department did an excellent job explaining all of our paperwork and the additional coverages available. I was very impressed with him. The dealership in general could go the extra mile in dealing with their customers. One example was when asked about a drink of water we were directed to an vending machine. How much trouble/cost could there be in offering water? More

Dedication to Service My girlfriend was in the field to lease a car and it had to be a jeep. After getting an insulting price from another dealer in the area we went here d My girlfriend was in the field to lease a car and it had to be a jeep. After getting an insulting price from another dealer in the area we went here due to receiving past service on my jeep, which was excellent. Upon arrival Mick greeted us and we informed him of her tight budget. The Jeep compass fell into her price range but she had a lot of requests for it including power locks and windows, color, and an XM radio with the touch screen display, After a lot of searching the only one with all those features was up in West Palm. After agreeing on a fantastic price Mick got the vehicle for us and we took it for a spin the next day. My girlfriend could not be happier with her Jeep and to be honest, if it was anyone other than Mick we were dealing with along with the price we got, I probably would have searched elsewhere. Mick's dedication to service was phenomenal and it's clear he's dedicated to the customer and their wants, not just making the sale. I will defiantly be recommending him to friends and family when they're in the field for a new vehicle. Thanks again MIck!!! More
