I had a disappointing experience with Arrigo Sawgrass during the return of my Jeep lease. Before finalizing the deal, I was verbally assured by the dealership team that they would cover the lease retu during the return of my Jeep lease. Before finalizing the deal, I was verbally assured by the dealership team that they would cover the lease return fee. I trusted their word and proceeded with the transaction. Later, I was informed that they would not pay the fee and was shown a document I had signed stating that I would be responsible for it. I acknowledge that signing it was my mistake, but I made that decision based on the verbal promise that was given to me. Beyond the legal aspect, I believe honesty and transparency are extremely important in business. I am sharing this experience so future customers carefully review every document and do not rely solely on verbal assurances. More
