I recently bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee from the dealership and was having issues with my air conditioning system, Alana not only walked me through everything but made sure that my issues were fixed as soon as possible and that I had a rental while my car was being fixed. If it wasn't for Alana my car issues would have been a disaster, she is the only service member I would EVER bring my car to!! Always ask for Alana!! More

I had made an appointment a week early. 8PM the evening before the spraying was scheduled, they call to say they had overbooked and have to reschedule. Common sense tells me they cancelled due to an expected rush of people for the Labor Day weekend. They were not true to their word. If you make an appointment ONE WEEK in advance, either keep it or tell the customer at the time of making the appointment that the desired day/time is not possible. I took care of my own business and went to LineX directly and had the truck bed sprayed. I will NEVER trust Arrigo, nor buy a vehicle from them again. More
