I was not offered any such incentive other than the online listed incentives, some of which where not applicable upon face-to-face. They have a great, friendly team that will help you get the car you want. Nobody on top of you the minute you walk up or through the sales floor. After much research for my new car purchase, I could have easily gotten better value options, and ultimately a lower price (roughly $1800-$2000 less) from another dealer in NC who offered free-delivery to my house for the brand new car. But in the end I decided that having two young kids, it wouldn't be worth the extra day or so to make arrangements and purchased the closest local option that met most of my car options instead. In the end I had a good experience and I would probably buy from them again More

My First Jeep and First Time Leasing I have to admit this has been the one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership, everyone was courteous, they were extremely patient and answ I have to admit this has been the one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership, everyone was courteous, they were extremely patient and answered all of my questions. The experience was quick and painless. My sales person John George showed us what we wanted to see, explained some of the options between the different models. We explained to him what our overall goal was and he guided us in the right direction. We went home looked at the inventory online and shot him over what we liked. He had it ready to roll the following morning. We worked out the numbers and then we met with Robert Geroni from Finance, he assisted us with all the documents and answered all our questions and concerns. Matt Diamond then handed us the final packages with the books for the car and took us out to our new Renegade. We could not be happier. More

Disappointed I went in and purchased a used 2009 Dodge Challanger R/T, I purchased it As/Is so I understood the risk. After we took it for a test drive, did the paperwork, transferred insurance, we were told that the vehicle had a recall for an airbag and that we couldn't take it until they fixed it. I feel they should have told us ahead of time, or better yet have the car ready to go before you sell it.. Not a deal breaker, but an inconvenience. We felt very uncomfortable when another employee calls our Salesman a derogatory name right in front of us. While the salesman played it off, we felt embarrassed for him. Not a deal breaker, but very unprofessional. Two days after we take delivery of the vehicle the transmission locks up. We contact the dealer and the person who answered just said "ok" and places us on hold, after 20 minutes we decided to take the vehicle for repairs at another local Dodge dealership. While I don't directly blame the dealership for the vehicle breaking down, I did not want to deal with anymore issues and decided against taking it to them. Overall we did not have a pleasant experience with this establishment, except for the salesman, who was very helpful, courteous and professional, I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or relatives and will never visit there again.
