I asked not to be tossed to manager after manager. Price of car was not price of the car. They wanted me to pay for service that may or may not have been done to it. Dealer fee. Plus other fees. Jumped More

Unless you have a time machine. But the fees added were comical. I specifically asked prior to give me the total price. You did. Then came the fees. Dealer fee. Fee to bring up to standards. That one was based on what you may or may not have done at full retail. It was over $5000 more than the list price. Car literally had cob webs. Bait and switch.

It appears that not everything was explained properly and that even though we have disclaimers for vehicle reconditioning and dealer installed options. None of that matters if we did not explain it correctly and share with you the service bill showing you what service had been done to the vehicle. That's is why when I sat down with first sales person, I asked for the total cost with all fees. He assured me that that was the price.
