Thanks for my new Challenger! After some typical back and forth, they were able to make me a great deal for my new Challenger. They also gave me a more than fair offer for my trade in which was a 14 year old town car. My salesman, Jeremy Hoskins, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, which started weeks before my purchase when I was shopping around. He wasn't high pressured, he knew I was particular in what I wanted. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, he didn't try to push me into something else, just to make a quick sale. After a few weeks, I found one I interested in but it was at their West Palm Beach location, so Jeremy went to pick it up for me while I was completing the paperwork. When I got to the F&I process, I worked with a lovely lady named Patricia Lowe. This again, was a relatively quick, painless experience. After car shopping for the last month and encountering the stereotypical shoddy car dealer practices, I was cringing going to the back room and seeing what kind of "mandatory" extra fees they were going to try and add on. I can thankfully say that I did not have to deal with this here. Patricia explained my options to me thoroughly, when I declined some of the extra services, she did not get indifferent or try to make me feel like I was making a bad choice. This is my second new car purchase and I've been along with friends for a few purchases, this was by far the quickest amount of time it took to get everything done! The gentleman that did delivery was Matt Diamond, he went through all of my documentation and reviewed everything with me efficiently before I left. He was cool, friendly guy to deal with. Overall all, it was a great experience and I love my new car! Thanks guys! More

Good deal I went in for a journey se (lowest trim in journey's), and ended up with a journey crossroad (3 trim upgrade from se) for less then my originally thou I went in for a journey se (lowest trim in journey's), and ended up with a journey crossroad (3 trim upgrade from se) for less then my originally thought budget was. The only downside was that it took half a day to get through to finance, once i got to bim it was quick. Also the car is new but it is pretty dirty. Since the Car has a minor dent on the rear bumper i will need to take it back, and i am promised that the car will be thoroughly cleaned too. Lets see. If you are planning to buy a vehicle from here. Look for Micky Cassar if you he will take good care of you! He definitely took great care of me. More
