This is the third time purchasing a car from Arrigo and by far this year has exceeded my expectations! I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Perez who’s contribution was major. Car shopping has never been fun and always stressful. This time, I had fun, the hours turned into what seemed minutes and it was truly enjoyable. Thomas would round to ensure I was ok, comfortable, kept me posted and made the overall experience enjoyable. The finance part is usually the tense area for me, Gonzalo explained everything thoroughly and had me laughing the entire time. Kevin delivered on expectation after a slight hiccup and the part I respect most was the communication he had with me during the process keeping me in the loop.
