Communication at the service department was horrible and not consistent. My vehicle was at the service department 3 times and it took over a year to resolve the problem. When I arrived to pick up the vehicl not consistent. My vehicle was at the service department 3 times and it took over a year to resolve the problem. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was still an issue that the service tech did not notice and I had to point out which required me waiting for the car to go back to service to have fixed. I don’t understand how I noticed the issue and the people who work on the vehicle didn’t see it the problem. More

She was very attentive and had excellent customer service skills. Ozzie was great at explaining all the details for the financing and making sure I was comfortable with the numbers. Giankarlo was not only entertaining to work with, but genuinely cared about getting me what I wanted. Omer was also really helpful setting me up with the App. I love my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. All in all, the service was great and I would recommend this team to anyone! More
