Well when you call and are put on hold for 10 minutes only for the person to come back and say the manager will have to call you back cause he’s busy and then you never hear from them. Great experience I had there , Lian was very helpful and accommodating , made dropping my car which needed service , set everything by up and resolved few recalls I had . I was not given an estimate before repair was done. The cost was more than I anticipated. I requested the Multi-point inspection which was not performed.
