I would recommend that you that you show signage in all service writer cubicles that explain how payment for service can be mede. I would have been nice to know up front that making payments with a credit card incurs a 2.9 percent surcharge. My wife who had dropped me off to pick my vehicle up had just left. She's the one that carries our debit card where the surcharge would not have been necessary and unfortunately I did not have enough cash on me to make full payment. It would have been nice to know the minute I stepped in for service, what to expect. Other than that love and have purchased many cars from Arrigo even before Arrigo took over the facility. More

I was informed that no appointment was needed for an oil change and tire rotation yet waited nearly two hours for my car on a weekday afternoon. Only explanation was that techs may be on lunch break. At 3:3 change and tire rotation yet waited nearly two hours for my car on a weekday afternoon. Only explanation was that techs may be on lunch break. At 3:30 pm? Manager was courteous but could not expedite things. Also discovered all four tires had different pressure readings, differences of 4 to 5 psi between tires. Not happy about that. Car was delivered washed and drivers side vacuumed so that was a plus. Overall not a great experience, not what I expected after the excellent sales experience we had a few months ago. Disappointed.
