I was informed that no appointment was needed for an oil change and tire rotation yet waited nearly two hours for my car on a weekday afternoon. Only explanation was that techs may be on lunch break. At 3:3 change and tire rotation yet waited nearly two hours for my car on a weekday afternoon. Only explanation was that techs may be on lunch break. At 3:30 pm? Manager was courteous but could not expedite things. Also discovered all four tires had different pressure readings, differences of 4 to 5 psi between tires. Not happy about that. Car was delivered washed and drivers side vacuumed so that was a plus. Overall not a great experience, not what I expected after the excellent sales experience we had a few months ago. Disappointed. More
