I drove 2 hours to make my 8:30 am appointment, however, because of a miscommunication, I had to stay there longer than I wanted to (4:00pm-ish).My appointment was for a repair due to the driver's side woul because of a miscommunication, I had to stay there longer than I wanted to (4:00pm-ish).My appointment was for a repair due to the driver's side would flood whenever it rain. I was told that the dealer has a specialist and could only be seen on Thursday. Anyway, I told David that I needed an oil change and he suggested some other services which was completed in a timely manner. Since the specialist wasn't there, I left for lunch and returned around 1:00 pm and waited for the specialist. Once he showed up, the procedure took about 30 minutes. Overall, other than the miscommunication, I was very pleased with the service. David did a great job representing Arrigo as a service rep. More
