Shady business practices, especially when it comes to leases. Still practicing the old style "hold your trade keys" instead of most modern dealers will return them immediately. First time leasing a car, and they took full advantage of it. Charging me the equivalent of a 10.5% APR which is a process just to decipher. Meanwhile if I purchase, with my credit, I qualify for the lowest APRs available. Overall the sale price of the vehicle was $55k after trade and discounts/rebates, but a lease payment of $705 for 39mos = almost $29k in payments. RV is listed at $45k. None of it makes sense, so they permanently lost a customer and any positive word of mouth recommendations. Salesman was good to go. Sales Manager and Finance were both questionable characters. More
