Salesman was all about himself, didn’t listen to a thing we said, cut us off and even started filling out the customer survey. We arrived at 11.15am and we have yet to get with the financing guy, it is currently 5:53pm… I have been loyal to this dealership but not any more. Even the payoff quote from Chrysler Capital never came after three calls. This has been the worst experience ever. More
