The process is long, however service was great. Staff was very helpful. Internal process can run smoother- but regardless overall great experience! Staff was very helpful. Internal process can run smoother- but regardless overall great experience! More

Trust and honesty should be way all of us conduct ourselves. A situation this morning has broken for that for me with Arrigo Sawgrass Jeep. I took my vehicle in for Express Service. Prior to setti ourselves. A situation this morning has broken for that for me with Arrigo Sawgrass Jeep. I took my vehicle in for Express Service. Prior to setting the appointment I found, on Arrigo's website, service coupons for a package of three (3) oil changes. When I presented the coupon to the service advisor I was advised that the coupon would not be honored as it, the coupon, was "false advertising". I reminded the advisor that this coupon was taken directly off Arrigo's web site. How and why would/could Arrigo "falsely advertise" itself? There is a difference in my mind between "false" and "erroneous" claims. If anything this constitutes fraudulent advertising. Buyer beware of this dealership folks. I walked out this morning letting the advisor know that they lost a customer who had purchased four (4) or five (5) vehicles over the years. Terrible response to a simple situation.
