Deplorable. It took 4 attempts and 5 loaner cars to clear my high-voltage system, and it still failed. I was dealing with Briana at FCA Stellantis (248-838-6678) It took 4 attempts and 5 loaner cars to clear my high-voltage system, and it still failed. I was dealing with Briana at FCA Stellantis (248-838-6678). Please review the notes. I do not want this discontinued vehicle. It is unsafe, and I am still afraid to plug it in. Arrigo did not provide a new charger, and I am extremely unhappy that the charger was not replaced especially because of a new hi voltage system. You need to eliminate all potential and future problems. I was also promised a full inspection of the gas engine by Briana, via a field supervisor who was supposed to come to Arrigo to observe and/or install the high-voltage system replacement. I was told the field representative was never or even came to South Florida, and not present for all of this. However, I found out from Briana yesterday that he reviewed the vehicle reports remotely from Detroit and was not physically present. I am not satisfied and want this vehicle gone as soon as possible. My wife and I are afraid to drive it and plug it in. More
