Service is usually great. I didn't like the fact that I had to be without a vehicle for 4 days just tonrun a diagnostic. The person who serviced my vehicle was great - but the customer service from the other reps is mediocre. A customer shouldn’t have to pull up and watch three coworkers talk and laugh and leave the client customer service from the other reps is mediocre.
