Came for oil change. They found my shocks were leaking and said they’d replace under warranty. I’m glad they noticed! Unfortunately I wasn’t told that they only replaced 3 of my 4 shocks. They gave me my keys, said everything’s taken care of, and I happened to look and noticed one shock was still dusty and didn’t look new like the others. I had to go back in and ask why one looked different. Then it came out that only 3 were replaced. The service guy said he’d call back when the part came in (he said Monday). It was a holiday so I figured they’d call Tuesday. Still no call back. I had to call myself on Wednesday, and then he called back saying the part was in. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Arrigo. More
