When I arrived for my scheduled appointment for an oil change, there was no one who greeted me outside the Service Department. After a few minutes, I went inside to ask for assistance, and was told to sta change, there was no one who greeted me outside the Service Department. After a few minutes, I went inside to ask for assistance, and was told to stand outside by my vehicle, which I did. It was 12:15 in the afternoon and not very busy, but still no one offered to help me. One man eventually came up to me and asked if I had been helped. I said, "No," and he walked away. He did not return. After waiting outside for exactly 15 minutes, I went inside and asked a service advisor for help. At first, he was hesitant, saying the reason he hadn't come out to help me was that he was leaving soon to get a haircut. He did agree to help and set up my service: oil change, tire rotation, and filter change. He asked if I would be waiting and said the service should take an hour and a half. At 2:32, I finally got the call that my vehicle was ready. Two and a half hours from the time I arrived for a scheduled noon appointment. Not awful, but also not great. More
