Previously when I arrived at the dealership to have repairs done, my vehicle would be repaired and I would be placed in a loaner vehicle. I've been informed that that's not how it works anymore here, r repairs done, my vehicle would be repaired and I would be placed in a loaner vehicle. I've been informed that that's not how it works anymore here, resulting in me having to pay several hundred dollars on my own to have a vehicle to drive while my truck is being repaired under manufacturer warranty. I appreciate the dealer throwing in a few days to cover some of the expenses but i would much rather prefer the service I was receiving the last 2 years More
