Went in for my first oil change(free), did not rotate my tires,When I asked about it he said it was because I didn’t request it. I’ve never had an oil change at any other dealer that tire rotation wasn’t ju tires,When I asked about it he said it was because I didn’t request it. I’ve never had an oil change at any other dealer that tire rotation wasn’t just done automatically. So I guess it was my own fault it didn’t get done. As I was leaving a woman was driving back to complain that her tire light was on after having work done on her tires, they had to take the car back to the shop area to get the light turned off… after that I should have looked at my dash before I left, because a light was lit, I didn’t notice it until i was on the highway, had to call my salesman when i got home to find out how to turn it off. It was a light that I had never seen in the 6 months I’ve owned the car. Also the service rep told me his name was John Lee, I didn’t know who Yonly Pena was until I saw his picture on this email. All and all not a great experience. More
