I have purchased several Jeep Wranglers at this dealership. I have gotten such good service that I never go to another dealer. My service advisor this time was Lian Llufrio. I went for oil change and door trim to be fixed, they tried to fix the trim but wasn’t fixed, had to return the truck to get it right, also they forgot to check my truck fluids cause as soon I got home m tried to fix the trim but wasn’t fixed, had to return the truck to get it right, also they forgot to check my truck fluids cause as soon I got home my light came on for windshield fluid low !!! Very disappointed, not sure if they have a check list but they should so they don’t forget to fixed things or add fluids. First service hopefully next time it goes better More

Unfortunately vehicle still isn’t fully repaired from original ticket. Had the van in there at least three times for the same issue. The service manager, Jay, said he would look into. When I text him several times thereafter, not once did I get a response back. Service tech or techs seem to have trouble with troubleshooting A/C system as the issue is still not fully resolved. Nick McAnderson has been as helpful as he can be. He is not the tech nor the service manager who does not respond back to customers, so this is not his fault. He has done as good as a job as he can do trying to get my vehicle back to me. Extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars, but Nick’s name is on the survey. I would like for someone to contact me back that is in a higher position than a service manager, because this can’t go unnoticed. More
