The service I received from the service department is top notch. Not only did I get a video detailing everything they did to my car, but Jaylen (the service rep) kept informing me on details concerning my ca notch. Not only did I get a video detailing everything they did to my car, but Jaylen (the service rep) kept informing me on details concerning my car. He even drove it to the front for me. I had asked for a tire rotation when I came in along with an oil change. But Jaylen told me I didn’t need one because my tires were already good and he didn’t recommend one. Any other dealer would’ve probably charged me just to get paid, but his honesty goes a long way. It shows the kind of people they employ, which is hard to find at dealerships lately. I will be taking my car from now on here even though it’s a slightly far drive for me. The dealerships in Miami are horrible, but Arrigo is Sawgrass is amazing. More
