I brought my brand new jeep Wrangler for warranty work and oil change. I was quite excited to have bought from Sawgrass as it is a large jeep dealer and figured that their service would be stellar at this and oil change. I’m still at a disbelief of the customer service that I received after my car was returned to me in the same condition that I brought it in. I truly thought that they had not done any work to my car as it was impossible that a water leak so large would still be present when they return the vehicle after three days. I had to call to follow up constantly and then I didn’t even get an invoice nor proof that the oil was changed. I usually don’t leave these reviews, but I am quite concerned of what the customer service of this large dealership has been. I even tried to contact the service manager and was promised I would get a call back from him, after trying to reach my advisor and then the manager for about 10 times in a weeks period…. I never did got the manager callback. I then followed up with the service advisor with a request and never even got an answer back. More
