Jaylen in the service department is great to work with. Professional and responsive, understands what I need, and keeps me informed. With an online appointment for oil change & tire rotation- other concern stated on the appointment- not addressed. Assigned to “Express” Lane with not one other vehicle in queue or in process when rotation- other concern stated on the appointment- not addressed. Assigned to “Express” Lane with not one other vehicle in queue or in process when I arrived for oil change & tire rotation (35 minutes until next car service arrived). Everything worked out well. The quickly realized it was a repair that would be covered under my MaxCare Extended warranty and gave me a loaner car. My only problem was a lack of communication and keeping me aware of the status. We had a family emergency out of state and desperately needed information. The car was fixed and is working fine, I just needed more information along the way. The only updates I got where when I called and asked. I was respectful of time and did not call often, but the car was there 2 1/2 days and I had to call to get information. More
