The service I received from the service department is top notch. Not only did I get a video detailing everything they did to my car, but Jaylen (the service rep) kept informing me on details concerning my ca notch. I had asked for a tire rotation when I came in along with an oil change. But Jaylen told me I didn’t need one because my tires were already good and he didn’t recommend one. Any other dealer would’ve probably charged me just to get paid, but his honesty goes a long way. It shows the kind of people they employ, which is hard to find at dealerships lately. I will be taking my car from now on here even though it’s a slightly far drive for me. The dealerships in Miami are horrible, but Arrigo is Sawgrass is amazing. More
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the service was excellent. My service advisor Frank Perez greeted me as I walked in and got my vehicle in right away. I had appointments, the original servicing and a repair and on both occasions my time was wasted. For the service appointment what should have been 1 hour at most turned into 2. My appointment was for 7:20 and on both occasions my time was wasted. For the service appointment what should have been 1 hour at most turned into 2. My appointment was for 7:20 . Thanks to one of the service guys who saw me and was surprised I was still there and went and inquired as to reason for the delay. Immediately after the mechanic working on my car came out and apologized stated he was working on repairing my turning signal bracket. When I went to get my paperwork, I was then told the bracket was broken and would need to be replaced under warranty. So, what took so long if it was broken? I had also reported that my auto off engine was not working, no mention of the issue, I had to inquire and was told that I can take my vehicle back for a full diagnostic as no issues was detected as to why it was not working. I work so naturally I was trying to find the best time to come in. The rep told me I could come in any time after 7 am and I would be provided a rental. Got there around 7:10 Monday morning to have my bracket replaced and a full diagnostic. I was advised to head to rental. I got there and low and behold, rental does not open until 8 am. More time wasted, on a Monday morning, before work. To top it off the rental I was given was dirty and smelled like pee. As I was already running late I had to go with the flow… Definitely xxxx poor experience on both days. More
