Bought a new Rubicon, nothing but issues. Brought it in 6 times for same issue, they couldn't fix it. Brought it once to another dealership, fixed first time. On this last Saturday the 15th of June a shuttle was supposed to be sent to my address to pick up my husband to come to a Arrigo to pick up his vehicle which was left for Servicing.. a total of about 12 supposed to be sent to my address to pick up my husband to come to a Arrigo to pick up his vehicle which was left for Servicing.. a total of about 12 shuttles was sent one after the other consistently to the wrong address because I could see it on my phone with the lift link. First the shuttle was sent to the dealership for the pickup instead of my home three times and the other times it was sent to the incorrect address. It was a total of 3 hours of waiting. More
