Got there at 9:00am for an end of lease inspection, I left at 4:30 pm. They try to sell me service that the car did not need and even said I was not allowed to leave without the service done. Financial left at 4:30 pm. They try to sell me service that the car did not need and even said I was not allowed to leave without the service done. Financial assistance was great and the service manager help me. Salesperson and rest of sales team keep walking in circles pretending they were busy doing something. Lease two cars from the dealer no more after this experience. More
