I was informed that no appointment was needed for an oil change and tire rotation yet waited nearly two hours for my car on a weekday afternoon. Only explanation was that techs may be on lunch break. Manager was courteous but could not expedite things. Also discovered all four tires had different pressure readings, differences of 4 to 5 psi between tires. Not happy about that. Car was delivered washed and drivers side vacuumed so that was a plus. Overall not a great experience, not what I expected after the excellent sales experience we had a few months ago. Disappointed. More
