I was told that the dealer has a specialist and could only be seen on Thursday. Anyway, I told David that I needed an oil change and he suggested some other services which was completed in a timely manner. Since the specialist wasn't there, I left for lunch and returned around 1:00 pm and waited for the specialist. Once he showed up, the procedure took about 30 minutes. Overall, other than the miscommunication, I was very pleased with the service. David did a great job representing Arrigo as a service rep. More
