Service was fine until I picked my vehicle up, and it was left with not even enough fuel to make it out of the parking lot before stalling. And when I called i was told the vehicle was low on gas when I drop left with not even enough fuel to make it out of the parking lot before stalling. And when I called i was told the vehicle was low on gas when I dropped it off and it had to be test driven. It was low, but the fuel light wasn’t even on yet, and even if it was, the proper solution can’t be to run the rest out and return a car that can’t make it off the property. There has to be a smarter way of handling an issue like this ie. with customer approval, put fuel in the car and charge the customer. I’m torn because up until this point the service was great. Just wish the pickup was handled more professionally. More
